01 / WHAT CAPERE PROVIDES
Your dealership invests in every lead. Capere helps your team track who owns it, see when follow-up stalls, and approach the next conversation with a relevant talk track.
Give managers enhanced visibility into lead status, assigned reps, last activity, and outstanding next steps. Make missed follow-up and unclear ownership easier to identify and address.
Report stale leads and numerically prioritize those in the greatest danger of falling through the cracks. Rank them using available signals such as overdue tasks, unanswered replies, and missed appointments, so your team knows where to act first.
Support sales reps with talk tracks tailored to your dealership’s inventory, approved offers, sales process, and each lead’s context. Give reps a relevant opening and a clear next step for the conversation.
02 / A CLOSER LOOK
A sample dealership report: numerical risk ranks, named rep ownership, stale-lead signals, and a talk track to guide follow-up.
| Risk rank | Lead & assigned rep | Stale-lead signal | Next action |

SALES REP SUPPORT / RANK 1 LEAD
Fictional dealership brief and sample wording. Reps review current inventory, approved offers, and customer history before use.
Fictional examples, not actual client results or a live CRM connection. Risk ranks indicate relative follow-up priority, not a probability of losing a sale. Rankings depend on the available data and the dealership’s agreed criteria.
03 / THE DEALERSHIP PILOT
Put lead tracking, risk rankings, and dealership-specific talk tracks to work for your sales team.
Start with your dealership, an agreed lead group, and a manageable scope. Track rep activity, appointments, shows, and sales to review what worked before committing to ongoing support.
A focused engagement for your dealership.
Final scope confirmed in writing. Results are measured, not guaranteed.
BEFORE WE START
The first pilot is designed around an approved CSV or Excel export from your existing CRM. We’ll confirm what your system allows during discovery. Any ongoing integration would be scoped separately.
The initial pilot provides recommendations and follow-up priorities. Your dealership’s team reviews them and handles outreach through its approved process.
We agree on stale-lead criteria with your dealership, then rank leads using available signals such as time since last contact, overdue tasks, unanswered replies, and missed appointments. Rank 1 identifies the lead needing attention first within the reviewed group. It is a follow-up risk ranking, not a guaranteed prediction of a sale.
We use your dealership’s approved inventory information, offers, appointment process, and brand voice alongside each lead’s history. Your reps receive suggested wording and next steps they can review and adapt to the conversation.
We’ll agree on a baseline and track contacts, appointments, shows, and sales. The final review will separate observed outcomes from revenue that can reasonably be attributed to the pilot.
We review the findings together. If ongoing support makes sense, we’ll propose a scope and price based on the dealership’s needs. There’s no automatic ongoing commitment.
